Quality Management System
Casalini Libri's quality management system for the supply of books, periodicals, bibliographical services and outsourcing to libraries and electronic publishing has been certified in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard by RINA since 2000. The certificate is granted to those companies which comply to strict quality control and quality assurance standards set by the Federazione Certificazione Italiana dei Sistemi Qualità Aziendali. Validation of the certificate depends on yearly on-site assessment and re-assessment that takes place before expiration of the certification after 3 years.
RINA is a member of the International Certification Network (IQNet), the international association of certification bodies which provides assessment and certification services to organisations of all sizes, business and industry sectors world-wide.
